• Purchasing

  The Casper Suite is available for sale through JAMF Software and its designated resellers. All sales of the Casper Suite include three components:

• Software licenses

  The Casper Suite is priced per managed Mac OS X client machine or iOS device, while allowing organizations to designate as many administrator workstations as needed. Discounts are available for educational organizations and volume purchases. For an estimate, please contact info@jamfsoftware.com.

• Annual Support Agreement (ASA)

  Your initial purchase also includes the first year's annual maintenance. The annual maintenance is then due every year on the anniversary of purchase. • JumpStart

  Every Casper Suite installation starts out with a two day JumpStart engagement. During the on-site program, our Product Specialists ensure that your server is set up properly, and that you have the know-how to begin using the Casper Suite productively and correctly.

• System Requirements

  System requirements and recommendations for hardware specifications vary based on technical criteria unique to each environment, such as the number of managed Macs or iOS devices and the volume and type of software packages to be stored. Please see the Casper Suite System Requirements document or send an email to info@jamfsoftware.com to receive a customized recommendation for your environment.
  
  NOTE: An Apple Push Notification (APNs) certificate is required to use the MDM capabilities of the Casper Suite. To obtain a APNs certificate from Apple, you must be a member of the iOS Developer Enterprise Program. There is a cost for membership.
