Systems Engineer – Japan & South Korea

Job Description

We’re looking for the right person to work alongside a Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales and revenue goals. This individual will be skilled at evaluating technical requirements in new sales opportunities and adept at developing technical solutions that meet and exceed the needs of prospective customers, working both remotely and onsite with both JAMF Software prospects and current customers.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the technical point of contact for prospects and partners throughout the sales process
  • Be excellent at demonstrating the Casper Suite and other products to prospects both remotely and onsite
  • Identifying customer technical and service needs and efficiently providing best-fit solutions from the full catalog of JAMF Software service and software offerings
  • Be ready to present JAMF Software solutions and proposals to prospects
  • Attend and present on behalf of JAMF at industry trade shows and events
  • Drive and support evaluations and pilot implementations of the Casper Suite and other JAMF Software solutions
  • Work to ensure that revenue and sales goals are met while maintaining a high level of prospect/customer satisfaction
  • Provide training to customers on the usage of JAMF Software products
  • Provide onsite installation and customization of JAMF Software products in accordance with established procedures
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales and Service departments
  • Happily take on special projects as they come up

Qualifications

  • 2 - 4 years of selling experience in related technology industry with demonstrated quota achievement
  • 2 – 4 Years Previous Systems Engineering/Sales Engineering experience (Preferred)
  • Preferred certifications/licensures: Certified Casper Expert [CCE], Certified Casper Technician [CCT], Certified JSS Administrator [CJA]
  • Experience with customer-centric and solution selling sales methodologies
  • Proven ability to work effectively with and across all levels of business and IT contacts within a wide variety of organizations
  • Self-starter who takes initiative works with limited direction, and aligns with an entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and is a dynamic presenter
  • Business proficiency in Japanese required
  • Business proficiency in English required
  • Business proficiency in Korean preferred, but not required
