The JumpStart

All sales of the Casper Suite include a Professional Services engagement called the JumpStart. During your JumpStart, a certified JumpStart Integrator will work with your staff to install and integrate the Casper Suite seamlessly into your existing environment. The Integrator will also provide hands-on training for your IT staff, discuss new and existing workflows for your specific environment, and provide an overview of all support options available to you, including technical documentation, ongoing support, and additional classroom training.

The JumpStart provides you and your IT staff with all the tools necessary to get the most out of the Casper Suite and allows you to begin implementing solutions to the challenges you face every day in the ever-evolving Apple management ecosystem.
