Your initial purchase also includes the first year's annual maintenance. The annual maintenance is then due every year on the anniversary of purchase. Every Casper Suite installation starts out with a two day JumpStart engagement. During the on-site program, our Product Specialists ensure that your server is set up properly, and that you have the know-how to begin using the Casper Suite productively and correctly.System Requirements
System requirements and recommendations for hardware specifications vary based on technical criteria unique to each environment, such as the number of managed Macs or iOS devices and the volume and type of software packages to be stored. Please see the Casper Suite System Requirements document or send an email to info@jamfsoftware.com to receive a customized recommendation for your environment.
NOTE: An Apple Push Notification (APNs) certificate is required to use the MDM capabilities of the Casper Suite. To obtain a APNs certificate from Apple, you must be a member of the iOS Developer Enterprise Program. There is a cost for membership.
Registration for this program is a requirement to use the capabilities of Apple's mobile device management framework. You can register at:

- Imaging Suite
Purchasing
The Imaging Suite is available for download from our online store. Pricing is available for both Enterprise and Education/Nonprofit editions. If you wish to purchase the Imaging Suite with a purchase order, please contact JAMF Software at (612) 677-7075.Support
Support for the Imaging Suite is available through the Imaging Suite mailing list or for purchase, on a per-incident basis, through the JAMF Software web store. Customers currently under an Annual Service Contract do not need to purchase support incidents.
