The CCA course is intended for current Casper Suite customers looking for advanced training. This 4-day course is a hands-on series of exercises where challenges are presented to system administrators to demonstrate their proficiency through resolution.
Benefits include: increased proficiency in all aspects of the Casper Suite, lower costs for support programs, escalation of support requests, user group participation, and two free support incident resolutions for CCAs who are current.
